What are the available floor plans and features for these homes?

Our homes feature identical, mirrored floor plans on each side, offering generous 1850 sq ft layouts with an expansive 300 sq ft rooftop patio, all designed for comfortable indoor and outdoor living. Each unit includes three bedrooms, additional flex/office space, four bathrooms, living areas, and oversized one car garage. Please visit [add floorplan page and link} for more details.

Each unit showcases designer finishes in two styles and tones – one side offers light finishes and dark finishes for the other. Please visit [add finishes page and link} to view.

When will these homes be completed?

We are making progress on the first four units with anticipated completion of these homes this summer/fall, and others to follow shortly after.  See the details on the Community Map.

However, please note that construction timelines can be subject to various factors such as weather conditions and permitting processes. We will continue to update our site on the progress and provide more accurate timelines as construction advances.

What is the builder’s warranty policy?

In addition to the structural warranty required by Colorado, we are offering a 1-year Builder Warranty through the reputable 2-10 Warranty company.

Are there homeowner association (HOA) fees? If so, what are the fees and what do they cover?

There is a limited HOA that will be managed by the association (owners). The low $150 monthly fee covers general liability Insurance, HOA Reserves, Snow Service, and Grounds Maintenance.

$450 for HOA Reserves will be due at closing, estimated 3 months of monthly HOA fees.

Are there any financing options or incentives available for buyers??

YES! We have partnered with Canvas Credit Union as our preferred lender partner. The builder is providing a 2-1 Buydown and Canvas is proving a Ring doorbell.

Will you sell to investors?

Absolutely! We welcome investors and have single and multiple purchase packages. There is not an investor cap in our community. Please contact Neneh Biffinger.
